Eligibility for Returns

• You may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Sealed e-liquid cartridges or pods (if opened).
- Disposable (unless faulty).
- Products marked "final sale" or "clearance."
2. Defective or Incorrect Products:
• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs).
• Report issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting timesvapes@gmail.com.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at timesvapes@gmail.com with:
• Order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Photos/ videos (e.g., for defects).
Step 2: We will email a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
• Include the number inside the return package.
Step 3: Securely pack the product with original accessories and ship it to:

Step 4: After inspection, we will process your refund/replacement within 3–5 business days.
Refund Terms
• Refund Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method.
• Timeline: 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).
• Deductions: Return shipping fees are non-refundable for "no-reason" returns. For defective items, we cover all costs.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be denied if:
